FILLET OF SEA BREAM WITH GARLIC SPAGHETTI

Ingredients

3 fillets of sea bream of about 180 g each
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 chili pepper (optional)
100 g of spaghetti
15 g of dehydrated sea spaghetti
80 g of extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Prepared by

Hydrate the sea spaghetti in half a liter of water for 15 minutes. Drain and reserve the water.
2. Add another half liter of water and a dash of oil and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, put to boil the pasta (the spaghetti) the time recommended by the manufacturer. A couple of minutes before removing, add the hydrated sea spaghetti.
3. To season the fillets of sea bream: we rub them with a little oil and we make them to the plate, first for the part with skin.
4. Heat the rest of the oil with the laminated garlic and the chilli, and as soon as it has a little color add the 2 types of drained spaghetti and sauté.

Presentation

Place a bed of sautéed spaghetti and the fillets on top.
