GILTHEAD SEABREAM FILLET WITH SEA SPAGHETTI IN GARLIC SAUCE
3 Gilthead seabram fillet approx 180 g each one
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 Chilli (optional)
100 g Spaghetti
15 g dried Sea spaghetti
80 g extra virgin olive oil
1. Soak the sea spaghetti in abundant water for 10 min. Stir and reserve the Water.
2. Add half liter more of water and a bit of oil and bring it to boil. Add the pasta (spaghetti) and cook it for the time recommended by the manufacturer. A couple of minutes before removing, add the hydrated sea spaghetti.
3. Season the fish fillets: put them a bit of oil and grill them, first on the skin side.
4. Heat the rest of the oil with the garlic and the chilli, and as soon as it has a little bit of color add the 2 types of drained spaghetti and stir fry.
Place a base of the stir fry spaghettis and the fish fillets on top.
