GALICIAN STYLE OCTOPUS WITH MASHED POTATOES AND SEA LETTUCE

Ingredients

2 cooked octopus legs
300 g of potatoes
10 g of dehydrated sea lettuce
20 g of whole milk
12 g of butter
Paprika
Salt to taste
Olive oil

Prepared by

Peel the potatoes. Cut into pieces and cook them in salted water until they are cooked (about 15 minutes).
2. Put the cooked potatoes, the whole milk and the butter in a blender. Blend.
Add the sea lettuce and blend again. Add a little of the cooking water if necessary. Taste and season with salt.
4. Place a piece of baking paper and a few drops of oil in a frying pan and when hot, grill the cooked octopus legs for approximately 1-2 minutes on each side.

Presentation

Place the sea lettuce mashed potatoes at the base of the plate and place the octopus leg on top. You can sprinkle a little paprika on top.
