200 g of cooked chickpeas
5 g of fresh spinach
4 g of cumin
5 g dried wakame
2 g of hot paprika
3 g of garlic powder
3 g of baking powder
10 g of parsley
10 ml of lemon juice
3 g codium
1. Chop the wakame and codium into flakes with the help of a food processor.
2. Blend the spinach and chickpeas together with the parsley, codium flakes and wakame flakes.
3. Add the spices, garlic powder, salt and baking powdert and mix again. Add the lemon and knead until all the ingredients are well integrated into the dough.
4. Let stand about 5 minutes. Then, start to make balls and bake them at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Place the falafels in a plate and garnish with your favourite sauce.
