Ingredients

200 g cooked chickpeas
35 g fresh and washed spinach
4 g cumin
5 g dried wakame
2 g hot paprika
3 g garlic powder
3 g baking powder
10 g parsley
10 ml lemon juice
3 g codium

Prepared by

1. Chop the wakame and codium flakes with the help of a food processor.
2. Grind the spinach and chickpeas together with the parsley, codium flakes and wakame flakes.
3. Add the spices, garlic, salt and yeast and mix again. Add the lemon and knead until all the ingredients are well integrated into the dough.
4. Let it rest for about 5 minutes. Then, start making the balls and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

Presentation

Place the falafels on a plate and serve with your favorite sauce.
