Organic Kombu in salted fish

Prepared by

Immerse the Kombu in cold water so that the salt dissolves slowly and let stand 5 minutes.
2. Drain, change the water and let stand 5 minutes.
3. Drain, change the water for the last time and let stand 5 minutes.
4. Drain well… and ready to use!
