CLAM GYOZAS AND SEAWEED SALAD

Ingredients

10 wonton Chinese lasagna sheets
7 g dehydrated seaweed salad
½ red onion
35 ml cream
25 g sea clam
½ leek
25 ml olive oil
Salt
Soy sauce

Prepared by

1. Grind the dehydrated seaweed salad into flakes.
2. Open the steamed clams, separate from the shells and chop.
3. Poach the onion and leek cut in small pieces in oil until they are soft.
4. Add the seaweed and cook for 5 more minutes.
5. Add the cream and let reduce by half.
Add the chopped clams, season with salt and cool
7. Fill the gyozas and steam for about 7 minutes, until the dough is cooked. They can also be fried.

Presentation

Place the gyozas on a platter along with a bowl of soy sauce for dipping.
