CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SEA LETTUCE MARINADE

Ingredients

3 chicken breasts in strips
2 cloves of garlic
10 g dehydrated sea lettuce
50 g olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
A teaspoon of salt
Pepper
Sweet paprika
300 g cooked rice
10 cherry tomatoes

Prepared by

Chop the dehydrated lettuce
2. Put the dehydrated lettuce, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a mortar and pestle.
Marinate the breast strips with the mixture. Let stand for 30 min.
4. Brown the strips in a frying pan and set aside. In the same frying pan sauté the cherry tomatoes with the cooked rice.
Serve the rice with the cherry tomatoes and chicken breasts and sprinkle with paprika.
