BAKED CAULIFLOWER STEAKS

Ingredients

1 cauliflower
60 g extra virgin olive oil
3 g hot paprika
1 g sweet paprika
2 cloves garlic
5 g fresh parsley
4 g nori flakes
Salt

Prepared by

Crush the nori leaves to a powder.
2. Wash and remove the leaves from the cauliflower. Cut into slices one or two fingers thick (if cut too thin, they will break very easily).
3. In a bowl, mix the oil with the sweet and hot paprika, the garlic powder and the chopped and lightly crushed garlic cloves and parsley.
4. Place the cauliflower steaks on the baking tray and brush with the oil using a silicone brush.
5. Sprinkle with the nori seaweed powder.
6. Put them in the preheated oven at 180°C and let them cook for 20 minutes (until golden brown).
