APPLE AND CODIUM CAKE

INGREDIENTS

4 Pastry puff about 15 cm of diameter
4 Apples
3 Tablesspoon of Brown sugar
10 g dried Codium

PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 200 º C.
2. Chop the codium into small pieces (approximately 1 mm): it is recommended to use a kitchen robot.
3. Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Cut the apple into very thin slices and place them on top of the puff pastry.
4. Sprinkle the sugar and the codium in pieces.
5. Bake at 200ºC for 18 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Ready to consume. We recommend serving it bit warm.
