APPLE AND CODIUM TARTLET

Ingredients

4 puff pastry discs about 15 cm in diameter
4 Apples
3 tablespoons of panela or brown sugar
10 g of dehydrated Codium

Prepared by

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
2. Chop the codium into small pieces (about 1 mm): it is advisable to use a food processor.
3. Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Cut the apple into very thin slices and place them on top of the puff pastry. 4. Sprinkle the sugar or the panela and the codium in pieces. 5. Bake at 200 °C for 18 minutes. 6. Ready to eat. We recommend serving it warm.

Presentation

Remove from oven and serve individual tartlets.
