As no one in Spain knew about sea vegetables, Antonio and Rosa opted for export. In 2005, a cook asked us for Irish moss. We tell him about seaweeds and its potential and send him products and information. This was definitely a defining moment, because that cook was Eduard Bosch, from El Bulli.
