Seaweed in powder
They are dehydrated seaweed ground and their possible uses are:
- with breadcrumbs or cereals flour in battered.
- in dough of bread or puff-pastry.
- elaboration of cream, marmalades, compotes, ice creams, cakes, cookies, sauces or mayonnaises.
- incorporation in flours for coated.
- sprinkle on fish and meat, once cooked.
Use in small quantities and increase to promote the flavour of broths, creams, pottages... up staying to the taste.
